 Your purchase must meet or exceed $45.00 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping, and handling. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Valid on ground shipping to Canada and U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states and the District of Columbia only. Terms subject to change without notice. 

SHIPPING
All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders ship Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days handling time. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

U.S. Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout after a shipping address is indicated. This enables us to provide the most accurate shipping rate. 

U.S. Delivery
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered promptly, we cannot be held liable for delays due to conditions beyond our control (i.e. severe weather, service interruptions, U.S. holidays, etc.).

First Class Package / Standard Delivery

  • First Class Package / Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 3 business days from the shipped date excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days handling time. 

Priority Mail / Express Delivery

  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00AM EST, excluding holidays, will typically arrive within 3 business days. Please allow 1-2 days handling time. 
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Year's Day. 

Priority Mail Express / Next Day Delivery

  • Next day shipping orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00AM EST, will typically arrive the following business day (by the end of day). 
  • Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. 
  • Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Year's Day. 

 

Canada Shipping

  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00AM EST, excluding major holidays, will typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days. Please allow 1-2 days handling time. 

Priority Mail Express International / Next Day Delivery

  • Next day shipping orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00AM EST, will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow 1 day for handling time. 
  • Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. 
  • Orders placed on major holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Armed & Mirrored, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Armed & Mirrored.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.  

CUSTOMS DUTIES 
If you live in Canada, you are responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied by your country. We state the item is new and give the value as the amount you paid minus the shipping charge. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Armed & Mirrored aims to create a positive shopping experience. However, 
if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill out the return form here or located within the original shipment and mail it and the items to be returned to the address below.

Please note: We cannot accept items that have been worn, altered, damaged or washed in any way. All original tags must be intact. If you prefer to receive the return form via email, contact us at:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 
         -Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. 
         -Merchandise must have all tags attached. 
         -Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. 
         -We currently do not accept exchanges. 

         -Returned items are eligible for a refund if received within 14 days from the date on your receipt. 
         -Returned items are eligible for store credit if a request is made via the return form and the item is received within 14 days from the date on your receipt. 
         -Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. 
         -Returned items are eligible for store credit if returned after 14 days. 

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the returned condition. Please consider shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Armed & Mirrored is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information. If entitled to a refund, you will be credited via the original method of payment within approximatelybusiness days of receipt, except during or after a holiday, where return processing may take up to 14 business days. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable. We charge a handling and processing fee of $5.99 from items we determine eligible for return. The handling and processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. 


STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit can be used online at www.armedandmirrored.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store credit is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and "store credit" has been indicated as the refund method on the return form.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance.
  • Yay! Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. dollars.
