What is your refund policy?

Have you heard of our 'Happiness Guarantee'? In lamest terms, you can return your item of purchase 30 days from the day your order shipped. We only ask that it's unworn, unaltered and sent back to us with original tags attached.

Please note at this time, the 'Happiness Guarantee' does not apply to lingerie, jewelry, hats or headbands for hygienic purposes. Other than that, we're happy to accept your return - no questions asked. If you don't love your item, just follow the instructions on our returns page.

I can't use my discount code. What's up with that?
Typically this is what happens:
1. The code expired (our offers are available for a limited time).
2. You can only use one code at a time.
3. Check for typos.
4. Make sure the offer can be used for what you're purchasing.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Discover, and MasterCard. Additionally we accept PayPal, prepaid debit cards and gift cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Please note: We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf or via email. When you submit your order, payment will be authorized from your bank or card issuer immediately.

I received a damaged item!
The last thing you need is an item not in perfect condition. In the event this happens, please reach out to us at orders@armedandmirrored.com and provide the following information:
-Name
-Order Number
-Product Name & Code
-Picture and description of the damage

The product name and code can be found in your confirmation email.

Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely. You have 30 days from the day your order shipped to request an exchange. Exchange requests must be received by email to: orders@armedandmirrored.com.

How long will my refund take?
A refund can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your package to be delivered to us and processed. Upon receiving your return, we will check the items and refund your credit/debit card. Funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (depending on your card issuer).

If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your Armed & Mirrored account.

We'll send you an email as soon as your items arrive and we've processed your refund.

Do you offer store credit?
We most certainly do. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your shipping date, you can receive an Armed & Mirrored store credit for the amount of your return, get the new item shipped to you for free and a BONUS $5 credit to use on an item you love. Returns indicated as store credit (on your return slip) can receive store credit for up to 60 days of the original shipment date.

I received an error message!
If you've received an error message, make sure you've entered all information correctly and have contacted your bank first. If you're still having issues, please contact us at orders@armedandmirrored.com and including the following in your email:
-What operating system you use (ex. Windows, MAC)
-What internet browser you used
-What payment method you used
-A description of the problem and the time it occurred.
-If you received an error message, please include it in your email.

My payment was declined.
If your credit or debit card was declined, call your bank for more info. If you used PayPal, please contact PayPal directly.
