So we're cutting you a deal: If you're unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days, let us know what issues you have with your order. Including fit, color or you just merely fell out of love with it.
BUT, YOU HAVE OTHER ALTERNATIVES:
1. Exchanges: Love your item but you need to go a size up or down? Pattern just 'meh? No problem! Exchange requests must be received by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the original shipment date. Exchanges are free.
2. Store Credit + A Bonus: Your order didn't work out and we're not cool with that. So let's make it right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your shipping date, you can receive an Armed & Mirrored store credit for the amount of your return, get the new item shipped to you for free and a BONUS $5 credit to use on the item you love. Returns indicated as store credit can receive store credit for up to 60 days of the original shipment date.
Your satisfaction and utmost happiness is our top commitment. If an error was made on our part (such as the wrong size, color or an overall faulty item was received), we'll do our best to fix it as no additional cost to you!
THE FINE PRINT:

3. At this time, return shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding the shipping fee.
