Orders Can I change/alter my order? Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to it. However, you are welcome to return items once they have been received. More information can be found on our returns page.
Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once it has been paid for and completed. You can return your order once you have received it. More information can be found on our returns page.
Where is my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. All shipping info including a tracking number will be within the email. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be received.
What is the 'Happiness Guarantee'? In lamest terms, you can return your item of purchase 30 days from the day your order shipped. We only ask that it's unworn, unaltered and sent back to us with original tags attached. For more information, please visit our happiness guarantee page.
Can I exchange an item? Absolutely. You have 30 days from the day your order shipped to request an exchange. You will receive an email when the item/s have been received. Please download the returns form here and indicate 'exchange' in the description section. Mail the item/s to the address below and keep a copy of your return tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
Payment I can't use my discount code. What gives? Typically this is what happens: 1. The code expired (our offers are available for a limited time). 2. You can only use one code at a time. 3. Check for typos. 4. Make sure the offer can be used for what you're purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard, Amex and Afterpay.
Please note: We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf or via email. When you submit your order, payment will be authorized from your bank or card issuer immediately.
What is Afterpay & how does it work? Afterpay lets you treat yourself to Armed & Mirrored items instantly. No payment is needed upfront. Afterpay lets you split your payments over a four week period. Simply insert info for the debit or credit card you wish to use and they will schedule your automatic payments for you, its that easy!
My payment was declined. If your credit or debit card was declined, call your bank for more info. If you used PayPal, please contact PayPal directly.
Shipping Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide! Please see our shipping page for more information. Please note all customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be shipped? Who doesn't love speedy delivery? We aim to get out all orders within 48 hours (although we cannot guarantee this). For same day dispatch, please place your order before 11am EST.

*Please send the form with the items and keep a copy of your tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for any lost returns. How do I know when you've received my return? Returns are processed within 5 to 7 days of us receiving them at Armed & Mirrored. You will receive an email with your return information when complete. Please note the timeframe for funds to be available on your payment method

What is your returns policy? We refer to our returns policy as the 'Happiness Guarantee'. You can return full priced items for up to 30 day. After 30 days, you are eligible to receive store credit. Items purchased from our sale collection are final unless deemed faulty.
